Koh Samui, Thailand
Koh Samui has been identified as the proposed first destination for the Koh Nomad model, subject to local partnerships, regulatory approvals and site selection. Our concept: a campus of pavilions between palm groves and the Gulf of Thailand, designed for people whose best work happens close to water.
Designed for the climate, not despite it
Our design intent: cross-ventilated pavilions, deep eaves, local teak and lime plaster. The architecture is meant to keep the island present while the acoustics keep the work uninterrupted. Final design will be developed with Thai architects and local authorities.

Why Thailand.
Why Koh Samui.
Koh Nomad could begin anywhere. We want to begin in Thailand. For decades, Thailand has welcomed travellers, entrepreneurs, creators and people searching for different ways to live — and today it is also one of the places where the future of location-independent work is becoming visible.
- Global accessibility
- Extraordinary hospitality
- Entrepreneurial energy
- Quality of life
- Culture and nature
- International communities
- A growing remote-work ecosystem
- Work and life in balance
For Koh Nomad, Thailand is not simply a market. It is where we want to prove that a global remote-work ecosystem can grow while remaining deeply connected to the country and communities that welcome it. We do not want to simply operate in Thailand — we want to build with Thailand: with Thai professionals, businesses, advisors and institutional stakeholders, fully within Thai legal and regulatory frameworks. Koh Samui is our proposed starting point: an international destination, an island lifestyle, a strong hospitality ecosystem and an environment where work and quality of life can coexist naturally.
Our journey begins in Thailand.
So does our commitment.

Thailand is not just where we begin. It is part of what we build.
As this first destination grows, our intention is for part of the value created here to remain connected to Thailand — through local employment, local suppliers, partnerships, community initiatives and the future work of the Koh Nomad Foundation.
