Build the global network with us

Koh Nomad is building a global coworking and AI network — trusted spaces worldwide, one membership, one community. We are exploring founding partnerships with coworking operators, property owners, tourism stakeholders, brands and investors. No partnership is confirmed at this stage.

Why partner

A membership model with hospitality margins

Diversified planned revenue, recurring subscriptions and the ambition of a globally mobile member base able to support each new location from opening. Our aim is to bring the demand; our partners bring the ground truth.

Potential partner categories

Six ways we would like to work together

These are the categories of partnership we are currently exploring — including Thai hospitality operators, property owners, tourism stakeholders, local businesses, technology, mobility and wellness providers, restaurants and cafés, family services and local experience providers. No agreements are in place yet.

Hospitality

Resorts, boutique hotels and long-stay residences that could host members between destinations.

Wellness

Studios, spas, retreats and practitioners we intend to integrate into each location's weekly rhythm.

Mobility

Airlines, ferries, scooter and car operators who could keep the planned network genuinely connected.

Food & beverage

Local roasters, farms and kitchens we would like to source from for our future cafés.

Brands & studios

Product launches, residencies and campaign shoots designed for our future spaces.

Franchise

Operators interested in bringing Koh Nomad to a new coastline or city under a shared playbook.

Business model

Six planned revenue streams per location

Membership is the base, not the ceiling. Each location is designed to earn across the whole day and the whole week. Figures and streams are projections for the planned model.

Memberships

Planned recurring subscription revenue across four tiers, network-wide.

Food & beverage

A planned in-house café, juice bar and events catering with strong projected margins.

Events & retreats

Ticketed programming, brand activations and corporate off-sites.

Partner commissions

Stays, wellness, mobility and experience bookings.

Family services

Childcare hours, camps and schooling placement support.

Corporate accounts

Distributed teams buying seats across multiple destinations.

Cost structure

  • Lease or land partnership
  • Fit-out amortisation
  • Team: community, café, wellness, kids
  • Technology & platform licence
  • Marketing & founding-member acquisition

For distributed teams

The planned corporate offer: buy seats across the network, run quarterly off-sites in our spaces and give your team a professional base wherever they choose to live. Flexible allocation, one invoice. Available once locations open.

Institutional & destination partnerships

For destinations building a remote-work economy

Koh Nomad is interested in working with destinations and organisations that see remote work, entrepreneurship and international mobility as opportunities for sustainable economic development. Discussions are exploratory; no institutional partnership or endorsement is in place.

Our objective is to build locations that participate in their local economies rather than operating as isolated international bubbles — through local employment, local suppliers, local entrepreneurs and, in time, the work of the planned Koh Nomad Foundation. We do not want to simply operate in Thailand. We want to build with Thailand.

Potential collaboration areas

  • Destination development
  • Remote-work ecosystems
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Digital economy
  • Tourism diversification
  • Local employment
  • Property activation
  • Community programmes
  • Sustainability
  • International visibility
