For Koh Nomad, Thailand is not simply a market. We do not want to simply operate in Thailand — we want to build with Thailand: with Thai professionals, businesses, advisors and institutional stakeholders, creating local employment, sourcing local services and operating fully within Thai legal and regulatory frameworks. Koh Samui is our proposed starting point: an international destination with an island lifestyle, a strong hospitality ecosystem and an environment where work and quality of life coexist naturally.
